The worst ever service

I cannot believe this.

I thought they are the best. They are the best because they are saying so.

How is it possible to have my website down because there are too many database connections.

I have a small database driven website and I have around 10 visits/day.

Very often I get errors and the website is down.

I called them a few times and they just don't care.

Their answer: "you have too many database connections".

How in the world I have too many database connections for one website and 10 visits/day?

What if I had 10K visits per day?

I'm very nervous.

And i bought their Business Plan, not the cheapest plan, the Economy plan.

I already chose IXWebHosting. Much better. The website is working just fine.

I have ulimited disk space and also unlimited site traffic for the same amount.

GoDaddy is the worst web hosting provider and I worked with 4 so far.

I have the same problem.

They ruined my business because I didn't host one website that has 10 visits / day.

I have 40 websites, all of them with a few thousands visitors/day.

And guess what?

All of them went down.

When I tried to access any of them i got this error:

"Unable to connect to database! Please try again later."

All my visitors saw this error.

I lost half of them since that day because they though the websites are no longer available.

I paid them to loose money.

I called them and talk on the phone 25 minutes.

Their servers are bad, their support is the worst ever and they don't care about their customers and their businesses.

It's been 6 months since I'm using them.

Their control panel seems to be developed by them.

It's hard to use and it's very slow.

I'm thinking to change them.

I host one html website with them because I heard they have problems with the databases.

But I bought from them a lot of domains.

I had a credit card on the file and one day I couldn't login.

Strange.

I called them and guess what they said?

If you have the credit card on file, you are not allowed to enter a wrong password.

As far as I remember I entered the good password but maybe the caps was on, I don't know.

This is very strange. You cannot enter a wrong password because they block your account.

It's ok to block it if you enter a wrong password for 5 times because someone may try to guess the password. It's for the customers protection.

I agree with them.

But they blocked my account because I entered the wrong password once.

They asked me the last 6 digits of the credit card used to pay with.

I paid almost 2 years ago with a credit card I no longer use.

I didn't remember.

They didn't want to unblock the account.

I couldn't update my website, I couldn't change the DNS for some of the domains in order to launch a few websites.

I had to delay everything because of this stupid rule.

After a few days they unblocked my account and this happened after I sent them copies of my old receipts, scans of my address, ID, company certificate,...

I had to bag them to unblock my account.

Thanks God I'm not hosting all my websites there.
